Hello Everyone!
As the conference is fast approaching we wanted to make a note of the current status of volunteer positions. First I would like to thank all of the people who have volunteered their time, without you we would have no conference! The amount of caring and helpful people who have offered their time has brought us to a point where we are formally closing volunteer requests. That being said, we do understand the current economic hardships and will continue to accept work in payment for entry. These requests need to be sent in by Wednesday (06/24) as we need sufficient time to finalize the schedule and volunteer list for the conference opening Friday night. Please remember that we will not turn anyone away for lack of funds, so please contact me if you have questions, concerns, would like to schedule a volunteer time slot etc. See you at the conference!
